Very Zen and relaxing. Good atmosphere. Nice pastries, teas, and coffees. Highly recommended.
This has been a completely new experience for me. The hospitality itself is off the charts! You feel welcomed and cared for. My husband and I wanted to sit outdoors but the tables were full and the employees offered to bring a table outside so we can enjoy the atmosphere and coffee. You sure don't get that at a Starbucks! The employees are very nice and caring. To top it off the quality of the coffee is impeccable! I got the hot Haraz Latte with Almond milk. My husband got the iced Harazi coffee. To pair with our coffee we shared the bumble bee bites. I was looking for a place that felt welcoming, had great service & coffee and I have found my spot! This is a coffee house you can meet with friends or take the family and don't feel rushed to end a good time.
Wish we had a Haraz in Wisconsin! I would be willing to make the 2 hour drive out this way just for a cup of coffee here! We have been here twice and highly recommend the Haraz latte, Saffron latte and the chai! The bakery items were also delectable and almost too pretty to even eat!
I thought this was a great coffee shop if you want to go alone to do work, or sit & chat with a friend. They also had snow globes outside you could sit in. Although, it was a little pricey everything I had was delicious & made properly. The pistachio cheesecake was one of the best I've ever had! I also got the pistachio ice latte, and the cutest little choclate mug dessert.
Ive been to the ones in Dallas and Virginia and now Chicago- Amazing! The consistency in top quality desserts, drinks, and location is solid across all these locations. Our favorite dessert now is the Biscoff cheesecake- soooo good. The kids tried every drink on the menu and gave it a thumbs up. Highly recommend going even for the ambience.
This has become my favorite coffeehouse in Orland Park. They serve locally roasted coffee, which sets them apart from many Yemeni coffee houses. But above all, I’ve visited on multiple shifts and met pretty much the entire staff. Every person has been pleasant and friendly even those who started off shy have warmed up over time. I’ve also met one of the owners, and I gave him some feedback about the overwhelming number of fragrance plug-ins throughout the café, which made the air too strong and gave me headaches. He humbly received that feedback, and when I came back, I noticed there were significantly fewer plug-ins. The fact that they took that feedback and made adjustments is so appreciated, as I love visiting this place. This is truly an example of what good customer service and business looks like, from start to finish. I believe the staff’s friendliness is a reflection of the owner, who is always pleasant, and I think that attitude trickles down to the whole team. Highly recommend!
Haraz is one of my favorite place where I spend my quality time. After a long busy day I find peace in that place. All the deserts, refreshers, hot chai coffee, everything worth taste. I almost tried all of there deserts. Adani saffron chai is really amazing with the honeycomb. All the staff is polite and understanding. Once I ordered adani chai and it was to much dark so I told them that I ordered the lighter one so they nicely changed that and gave me complimentary deserts with that. Really amazing ambiance. Must go there and enjoy your quality time.
An amazing coffee shop gem in Orland Park! I got the pistachio latte with my girlfriend and it was delicious! The staff is super friendly as well
Return visit was just as wonderful! I think i just had the best mocha ever! That, accompanied by our incredibly pleasant barista, delicious pastry, and lovely atmosphere will have my friend and I returning again.
I had a wonderful experience at Haraz Coffee House. The atmosphere is warm and welcoming, making it perfect place to relax or meet Friends. The Yemeni coffee has a Rich and unique flavor that you don't usually find in regular cafés. The staff were friendly and the service was quick. Definitely a place I will visit again
